We are looking for a smart Sales and marketing manager for our Mobile Phone, Accessories and related items

• You must willing to work with the foreign workers in Singapore (Especially in the Dormitory area)
• Your job will be confirmed after 3 month probation period and subject to performance evaluation.
• Experienced candidate worked with any foreign worker group those working in Singapore
• Final Selection will be by interview and practical test
• Total experience must be more than 2 years
• Can assist the supervisor to develop the market, coordinate the cooperation between salesmen, and make the team more the team more cohesive

Jobs Description:

-To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries

-To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders

-Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly

-To provide after sales customer support if needed

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment

-Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills

-Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft office applications namely, Outlook, Excel and Word

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Establish and maintain good relationship with customers

-Quick response to enquiries

Other Information:

Working hours: 9-6pm (Monday to Friday). May need to work late occasionally.

Job description:

• Responsible for Marketing and Sales of company products to Supermarkets, Retail Outlets or Food Service Sectors.
• Develop and implement Sales Strategies to increase business volume and grow existing customer base.
• Proactively identify and secure potential clients.
• Maintain good relationship with new/existing clienteles to achieve sales revenue and profit target.
• Liaise with internal operational teams on service excellence to meet customer’s needs.
• Handle Business proposals and quotations.
• Handle all sales activities such as projects, meetings, promotions, sales blitz and etc.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or above qualification, preferably in business management or marketing
• Proven sales experience in food related industry (preferably meat)
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good analytical, organizational and personal skills
• Meticulous and excellent eye for details
• Customer service oriented
• Pleasant personality and ability to work in teams
