The Job

• Representing Toll Group throughout the sales process with a focus on more complex sales opportunities or opportunities with major clients.
• Identifying new sales opportunities, particularly for current Japan Post customers, and Japanese companies. Creating and developing the sales business strategies for further growth of Toll’s business with Japan Desk sales team.
• Monitoring and managing the sales performance of Japan Desk with using KPI and/or other index. Retaining existing businesses of Japan Desk by closely managing the relationship with clients with a focus on Global Logistics in Asia.
• Analysing competitor activity. Developing a strong understanding of Toll’s business. Communicating with Japan Post to further develop broader understanding of Toll’s business and service offerings.

To be successful, you will need:

• Relevant bachelor degree or equivalent employment experience
• Native Level in Japanese (written and verbal) and good command in English (written and verbal) to communicate with stakeholders in Japan Post
• Significant experience in a technical sales environment

As a key member of the Sales Support Team, the Customer Service (Sales Support) Executive reports to the Head of Sales (Singapore and Malaysia). The role focuses on delivering excellent service to our customers with dedicated market focus. The responsibilities include handling customers' queries professionally to orders being placed within the expected timelines and manage inbound contacts via three (3) channels such as phone, email, and periodic sales visits.

The objective is to drive sales growth through contract renewals of the existing contracts, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about the industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• To maintain a proactive relationship with customers in your own market responsibility area
• To facilitate good communication between customer, Sales, and Operations Departments.
• To enter customers' orders in accordance with the Purchase Order (PO) and allocate quantity. This is to ensure that the orders are in optimized delivery quantity and evenly loaded over the month.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Handle MDF and MPRF costing sheets when needed
• Cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients
