This role aims to enhance the educational experience by offering diverse learning opportunities beyond the standard curriculum, fostering a stimulating environment where students are encouraged to think critically, creatively, and independently.

The Coordinator will ensure these programs provide specialised support, activities, and competitions that inspire students to challenge conventional norms and develop unique solutions to complex problems. By collaborating closely with school leadership, faculty, and external partners, the Coordinator will advance the school's vision of nurturing excellence in STEM education and language mastery. Key Accountabilities

Program Development and Management

· Lead the development and implementation of the STEM and Language of Instruction Enrichment Program in alignment with the GESS Leadership Standards.

· Ensure the program includes clear entrance criteria, assessment, and reporting practices, fostering innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills for students from upper primary to high school.

Student Development
