As an Airline Reservation Officer, you are required to provide travel information over the telephone/email to customers of the airline. You will need to attend to walk-in as well as travel agencies' inquiries. You must ensure that you are informed of the airline you are handling typically the flight schedules, fare information, auxiliary services, and other information about the flights. Airline reservation sales agents also make flight reservations and accept phone payments for ticket purchases.

Work location: Admiralty area (company transport provided from Woodlands & Admiralty MRTs)

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to telephone & email enquiries
• Arrange cargo shipments
• Prepare shipping documents eg. Packing list, Order, Commercial Invoices, Shipping Labels etc
• Assist in bill of lading (BL) if needed
• Ensure compliance with regulations, arrange cargo pickup/delivery, and maintain records
• Coordinate with internal and external parties & monitor shipment
• Process permit documentation if required

Requirements:
