• Responsible for full spectrum of programme administration and logistic duties such as:

• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve clashes
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Check on-site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo, and shop drawings submission and submittal review comments from consultants

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Able to commit 6 working days
• Minimum 3 years of Facade experience in Singapore's Main Contractor firm
• Preferable Experience in high-rise facade

Responsibilities

· Coordination of Techical and project operations

· Coordination Service teams of workers

· Assist and support Project Manager in carrying out works and tender as assigned

· Assist Project Manager for works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations

Requirements

· At least 5 years local working experience with Coordination work

· Possess at least a NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· Responsible and good attitude
