• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least 5 - 8 years of corporate sales experience within facilities management/ construction-related industry

Responsibilities:

• Enrol new students through walk–ins, email, calls and marketing campaigns such as open house
• Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child
• Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target
• Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child’s programme change, fee collection.

Requirements:

• Ok to work on both Sat and Sun, off days will be on the weekdays
• Experience with sales and customer service
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking parents
• Training provided

Job Responsibilities

• To provide timely and accurate sales support to the Travel Agent Sales Team and the Travel agencies.

Job Description:

1. Prepare & submit site reports, schedules, methods of statements

2. Supervise, organize and plan activities to ensure fabrication/installation work completed on schedule

3. Attend site progress meeting & site queries

4. Monitor & coordinate with site supervisor and subcontractor on work progress

5. Carry out visual check to ensure quality of steelwork

6. Coordinate with supervisor, site personnel, RE/RTO for inspection activities

7. Ensure site work comply with safety requirements

8. Any other duties or work assigned by Project Manager / Management

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Mechanical or equivalent with at least three years of working experience in structural steel

2. Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Scope

• Care for cargo - Check Station Metrics Widget; Check LCM (Life Cycle Monitor) – ensure On-time performance against customer promise.
• Accepts all booking orders (from customer or overseas office) and processes them for handover to Operations.
• Acts as key contact for allocated customers – Own the customer, quality, gross profit.
• Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated customers.
• Proactively informs customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides intermediate updates on incident solution.
• Handles customer enquiries.
• Participates in joint Sales visits if necessary.
• Offer innovative solutions through upselling
• Passes on leads to Sales.
• Acts as first contact point for customer claims; supports customer in notification and reception of claims, provides DGF claims documents, collects required documents from claimant and hands over to specialized claims handlers when documents are complete, where applicable.
• Collaborates closely with Export Operations, Freight planning team and other departments for smooth handling of shipments and continuous updates.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in related fields with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in freight forwarding/ logistics industry is highly preferred
