Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Tech-savvy. Training will be provided on products andsoftware.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable smart home solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain the sales floor by ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented attractively.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries or issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store.
-Stock ordering and oversee inventory including monitoring stock movement and conducting regular audits.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure store operation and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- To implement sale strategies and to ensure store target is met.
- Able to generate sales report based on data and trend.
Qualifications:
- Must possess positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior sales experience is required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and be able to communicate in English.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends as needed.
- Part timers with adequate knowledge may be considered.
