• Collaborate with consultants to align design drawings with regulatory requirements.
• Create technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and structural shop drawings
• Address construction issues on drawings and maintain close communication with Architectural, M&E teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Evaluate and propose solutions for technical challenges, while planning, monitoring, and reporting the progress of shop drawing production
• Oversee a team of BIM Modelers responsible for generating coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Civil Engineering or it's equivalent
• At least one year related working experience
• Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore is an added advantage
• Have familiarity with British and Singapore Design Standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide sales support to the sales team in administrative area
• Supports sales persons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, quotations, documents and CRM) and customer inquiries
• Prepare and tabulate daily/ weekly / monthly sales reports for the sales team
• Monitoring inventory movement vs sales forecast and update into the system
