Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical point of contact for prospective and existing customers, guiding them through product features and capabilities.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying and closing deals by delivering tailored technical knowledge and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to translate client feedback into product enhancements or new features, with a strong focus on improving UI/UX.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Conduct workshops, webinars and presentations for diverse audiences, ensuring customer needs are addressed effectively.
• Work closely with IT, product and UX/UI teams to ensure smooth product integration, resolving technical and usability issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers, driving engagement and ensuring satisfaction with product performance and user interface.
• Stay updated on product developments, UX trends and industry changes to proactively meet client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or UI/UX Design.
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering or technical product support.
• Strong understanding of software solutions and technical sales processes, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Previous experience in UI/UX design or working with user experience teams to enhance product usability.
• Experience in enterprise software sales, IT consulting or product management is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
• Highly motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments (sales, product, IT, UI/UX).
• Willingness to travel as required.
