Responsibilities

Plan and implement marketing strategies and plans in order to meet the company objectives. He/She needs to manage all the marketing activities of the assigned brands, with thorough understanding of the market situation/consumer needs and implement strategies/plan alternations as needed.

• To develop, plan and execute all branding and marketing plans/programs to achieve a set of business goals and strengthen brand equity
• To manage the campaign budget to deliver all the marketing activities, ensure timely evaluation and efficiency against marketing investment
• To manage equity communication and ensure consistency on the articulation of equity’s desired image and position including all consumers touch points such as instore design/POP, above-the-line communication, public relationship activities, social media and all owned media platforms
• To develop a strong Integrated Marketing Plan with innovative touch points to reach and persuade target consumers with messaging based on brand positioning and strategy
• To conduct pre and post evaluation of brand and product performance to generate new product ideas and identify growth drivers of the brand
• To collaborate with cross-functions, on development and implementation of marketing programs including portfolio/pricing strategy and menu management, customer loyalty programs, balancing financial objectives and customer satisfaction/feedback
• To drive and manage marketing projects, new product development and other initiatives
• To ensure the coordination with media and printing vendors on PR, press release and promotion related materials are timely and the marketing/promotion materials are in high quality

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 working experience in advertising, marketing communication in F&B or retail industry
• Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output
• Result-oriented with strong business acumen and numeric sense
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest working in the dynamic team and passionate about Japanese Culture
• High proficient in MS office particularly Excel & Powerpoint

We are a Maritime-centric Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore, providing marine electronics and communications equipment/services and integration services for the commercial marine and offshore industries in Singapore, Asia and Europe regions.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role of the Procurement Executive is to source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and quality for goods and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive partnership.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on sourcing strategies.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Appointment commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Teaching related hardware AV and IT products to customers and answering any of their questions regarding the products

Responsible for the sales and marketing of AV products (eg. Projectors, Audio Systems, Visualiser, etc.) to customers

Maintaining and expanding new and existing customer base

Requirements

Min 2 years experience in local AV/ Electronic / IT related products

Basic IT knowledge

Good Presentation, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Possess Driving license and own vehicle is a must

Main Responsibilities

Singapore – Accounts Payable

• Perform daily Account Payable (AP) function which include keying in of Supplier invoices
• Preparation of payments to vendors / month end closing activities for AP / Reconciliation
• Ensure purchases and payments adhere to Company policy
• Liaise with internal and external vendors in payment related matters

Malaysia – Full set

• Responsible for all month-end closing of financial statements;
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational processing of all accounting transactions
• Prepare financial statements and monthly/quarterly/yearly internal management/HQ and external statutory reporting (Audit, Tax, etc)
• Support in the preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasting
• Monitor and manage cash flow and expenses vs Budget/Forecast
• Responsible for all AR & AP matters
• Develop clear processes that ensure cross-functional process is seamless

Office Administration

• Key person to liaise with management office, vendors, contractors on facilities management on office, lounge, vehicles, equipment, etc.
• Manage all Insurance matters (3 countries)

In addition to the duties which this job normally entails the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company’s business.
