• Handle AP reconciliations for external and intercompany vendors.
• Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain organized filing of documents, statements, and payment vouchers.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, banks, and external auditors as needed.
• Manage Fixed Assets registers.
• Assist with ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills; quick learner, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to handle high transaction volumes.

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our catering and bento services. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, understanding market trends, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients in the corporate, hospitality, and event sectors.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client needs and customize catering packages to meet their requirements.
• Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  

Sales Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and improve service offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  

Event Coordination & Follow-Up:

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services for events.
• Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve any issues or complaints to maintain a positive client relationship.
  

Reporting:

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Track and monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in business management, hospitality or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the catering, F&B, or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
