1) Model, motivate and communicate regularly to all site staff on the mission, vision, and core values

5) Conduct and monitor effective OJT training to all new operations staff based on the training blueprint standards to achieve operational excellence and skillsets

6) Attend to all feedbacks or complaints from clients and take immediate measures to solve the issues and prevent future recurrence

7) To place an order, replenish, monitor, and track cleaning material stock and equipment to achieve minimum wastage

8) Conduct and upkeep proper record of Client's Meeting. Toolbox meeting staff safety Induction and all relevant Workplace Safety & Health documentation

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from approved local & overseas vendors.
• Take lead in sourcing for new goods not supplied by regular principals/vendors with the aim to reduce cost whilst maintaining quality and requirements.
• Ensure all purchase request are approved within mandated guidelines.
• Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
• Process the purchase orders correctly by liaising with suppliers, stakeholders and purchasing admin.
• Manage the daily operational purchasing needs such as following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
• To effectively manage the air and sea freight costs by optimizing the relevant use of incoterms.
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoices issues with vendors and or other stakeholders.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best competitive prices accordingly to criteria and Company’s requirements.
• Responsible for implementing procurement strategies on urgent deliveries and long lead time items to meet project timeline.
• Undertake any other assigned ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Procurement/ Supply Chain/ /Marine/ Engineering or equivalent certifications.
• Preferred 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in Construction/Marine/Offshore industry.
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under stress in a fast pace environment
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Application (Words, Excel) and an acceptable understanding of ERP.
• An organized team player with sense of priority & close attention to details.

• Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics

• Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns

• Working closely with team and coordinators

• Website and social media platform content update and content writing

• Organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities

• Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment

• Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player

• Handle customer complain

• Able to speak English and Mandarin to oversee Marketing activities with Chinese-speaking partners and agencies

Job Responsibilities:

• Review monthly financial statements and budgets and internal controls for the group of companies
• Engage in payroll operations including processing of payroll payment, computing and submission of CPF via internet
• Prepare payroll journals and post to ERP System
• Oversee finance operation
• Review project costing schedules
• Cash flow management
• Manage accounts and bank reconciliation for the group of companies
• Handle accounts receivables for the group of companies including preparing SOA and following up payment collection
• Manage intercompany billings and perform intercompany reconciliation
• Maintenance of fixed assets schedules including additions, disposals, depreciation

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Degree/Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience
• Meticulous, independent and able to work within tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of FRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards) and finance processes
• Good knowledge of statutory working labor policies and regulations
• Well manner and high integrity
• Can Start immediately
• CPA in Singapore or still studying CPA
