Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Ambassador will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
• Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high level of product & brand knowledge and customer service.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long term relationships between the brand and customers. This includes to work closely with customers on after service issues.
• Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team.
• Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.
• Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager

Profile

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from luxury jewelry industry
• Sales and resulted-oriented
• Excellent customer servicing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective
• High integrity with good ethics and values
  

• Support company growth across all sectors, including ocean, air, warehousing, and transportation.
• Expand brand presence and recognition in the market.
• Identify new business opportunities within the existing corporate customer base.
• Document each customer visit with a detailed sales visit report.
• Provide a monthly sales pipeline and forecast report to the General Manager.
• Prepare customer quotations, including for international clients.
• Collaborate with customer service to secure optimal rates.
• Conduct visits with both corporate and potential clients.
• Compile bi-weekly reports on gross profit and shipment volume.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Establish and maintain strong ties with overseas agents, offices, and partners for support.
• Brief and train other departments on new business ventures and trade lanes.
• Coordinate with Operations to create customer SOPs and brief all relevant departments prior to shipment start.
• Share market intelligence with other departments, when applicable.
• Assist the Finance Manager with payment-related issues.
• Address customer complaints and feedback, collaborating with various departments to offer solutions.
• Keep the office informed of regulatory changes as per authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma with 3-4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or shipping industry.
• Established client base and strong industry connections are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ideal for a goal-oriented, ambitious candidate who values an independent work environment.

Business development and sales:

• Find and cultivate fresh business prospects in the designated areas.
• Build and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective customers.
• To comprehend consumer demands, market trends, and the competitive environment, conduct market research.
• Assemble and give technical demos and presentations to customers.

Technical Proficiency:

• Offer technical guidance and assistance to customers regarding a variety of goods and services.
• Work together with the product development and engineering teams to comprehend the features and specifications of the products.
• Help with product customisation to satisfy certain customer needs.

Project Administration:

• Supervise and plan the systems' and products' installation and deployment.
• Make certain that projects are finished on schedule, within budget, and within scope.
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to guarantee a successful project's completion.

Administrations of Sales:

• Create and deliver agreements, contracts, and sales proposals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and advancement in relation to goals.
• Keep thorough records of all communications and transactions with customers in the CRM system.

Customer support:

• To guarantee client pleasure and repeat business, offer post-purchase assistance.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to consumer questions and concerns.
• Collect consumer input and collaborate with internal departments to enhance goods and services.
• Meeting clients and overseeing projects as needed necessitate travel within the assigned area.
• Engage in networking events, trade exhibits, and industry conferences to advertise the business and its goods.

Qualifications:

• Three to five years' minimum experience in sales engineering or a technical sales position similar to it.
• Strong technical expertise in one or more of the following fields: marine lights, oily water separators, deck machinery, sewage treatment facilities, and HVAC systems.
• Outstanding negotiating, presenting, and communication abilities.
• The capacity to function both individually and together.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• The ability to travel as needed.

Rotational Shift (must able to commit):
· A shift = 5.45AM* - 3.30PM // 7.00AM - 7.45PM
· B shift = 3.15PM - 1.00AM* // 1.15PM - 11.00PM // 2.15PM - 12.00AM
*Transport provided for odd hours.

Job Description:

1. Customer service duties such as greetings and assist customer with purchase.

2. Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.

3. Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves.

4. Assisting with store deliveries.

5. Cashering duties - training will be provided.

6. Perform area cleaning duties and maintain good housekeeping practices in the store.
