• Implement and execute training plans and conduct trainings as well as post-training evaluations
• Organise company events including festival celebrations, anniversary dinner and team-bonding events
• Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
• Ensure company’s compliance with local relevant regulations
• Assist in other HR operations and business functions
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in Staffing/ Recruitment industry will be added advantage

We are looking for an experienced sales merchandiser for frozen foods category to join our team. 


Roles & Responsibilities:

* Daily visits to assigned retail points to ensure our products are displayed in good condition

* Provide excellent service, and enhance good store relationship to secure orders for all the products.

* Ensure all products are well-merchandised at an adequate level and provide stock take report

* Ensure prompt set up of promotion display, update of all POS materials, and pricing display at the right place and right promo window.

* Implement FIFO to ensure product freshness and check on near-expired stocks regularly

* Meet sales and visitation targets

* Coordinate and participate in new product launches, promotional activities, roadshows, and sampling activities

* Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our product and competitor's activities to the Manager.

Working Hours:

8.30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)


8.30am to 4pm (Saturday)

Requirements

* Willing to travel around Singapore and follow assigned route daily.

* Experience with sales merchandising of frozen products (min. 3 years)

* A strong existing relationships with store managers at Dairy Farm and NTUC

* Hardworking and a good team player.

* At least 3 years of working experience in related field.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communications or related discipline
• At least 4.0 years of experience in Marketing/Marketing Communications of arts, cultural, or lifestyle products/services/events
• Savvy in videography and photography, digital marketing, experience in content marketing (content creation and content distribution) and social media campaigns
• Creative, meticulous and proactive individual with can-do attitude, a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to effectively adapt to changes, excellent time management with strong ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple duties and assignments
• Proficient in spoken and written English with strong writing and proofreading skills, Chinese is a BONUS!
• Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrators, Microsoft Office will be an advantage
• Flexibility with regards to work days and hours (able to work on weekends, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays if necessary).
• Possess own transportation.
