Job Description

• Manage multiple portfolios as assigned
• Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied with
• Conduct meetings of the management corporation, preparation and recording minutes of meetings

Requirements
