Summary
The Sales Team is responsible for market expansion in Travel Retail and establishing retail excellence across all Point of Sales (POS).
You will be working closely within the commercial teams, gaining valuable insight into data analytics, ecommerce, business planning and account management. You will be working on real business initiatives and sharing your recommendations. Key Responsibilities
Accounts Management
- Follow-up on purchase orders and secure orders from retailers
- Manage product and marketing related enquiries from retailers
- Coordinate livestream executions, animations, sampling and promotional activities
- Maintain and update e-commerce listing database as per retailer’s template
- Coordinate with Field Staff and liaise with Service Agent on day-to-day operations
Visual Merchandising & Business Operations
- Support on visual merchandise updates for existing counters to ensure counter respects brand standards and guidelines.
- Assist the team with daily administration and operations
- Assist to prepare payment claims and validate incoming payment from retailers
- Identify and review action plans on slow moving items in trade
- Prepare analysis reports on sales, promotional activities and others
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related disciplines with minimum 1 year of experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in PC application MS Office & Excel (Vlookup and PivotTable)
- Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and good time management skills
- Demonstrate the ability to present and articulate key messages
- Strong business acumen and consumer-centric thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
