Job Details:

• Commercial development and establishing commercial strategies by exhausting prospects in both the domestic and international markets.
• Develop and implement all strategic sales programs to support corporate goals and meet sales performance targets.
• Responsible for maximising profit margins and fulfilling predetermined sales targets.
• Prepare monthly/annual sales and forecast budgets, as well as sales proposals for customers.
• Project management is responsible for the department's profit and loss.
• Keep up with industry news and trends, goods, services, competitors, important information regarding heritage, existing, and developing technologies, and the most recent product-line changes.
• Provide proactive leadership, ownership, and responsibility in the customer / sales team environment for talks on technical solutions proposed by the company in a way that builds trust with its clients.
• Manpower and work schedule planning, mentoring and supervising technicians as they conduct service jobs.
• Inspect and install engines, stern tubes, and deck machinery on a range of vessels.
• Monitor, manage, and order stock inventory.
• Collaborate with sales teams to build strong working relationships and understand sales strategy and approach to accounts and possibilities.
• Provide correct account information/reports to the Managing Director on a regular basis, as per the agreed-upon function reporting procedure.
• Organizational and sales team development through the exchange of specialist skills and information through appropriate training and coaching.
• Conduct sales presentations and technical discussions.
• Conduct sales visits and establish new accounts with plans for increasing market share in Marine, Offshore, Power Generation, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, and Industry.
• Forecast sales, negotiate contracts, and provide customer quotations.
• Manage and develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Planned, planned and participated for exhibitions in numerous exhibitions / tradeshows
• Employee welfare, guidance, discipline, and performance. Furthermore, that department complies with all legal and company laws and regulations.
  Health and safety of department personnel, subcontractors, and other employees who are deployed on department jobs or assigned to other departments.

What's the role?

We're looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Singapore Global and Regional Sell-Side Core Sales team. You will be tasked with growing and defending revenue across our Terminal, Enterprise product and Enterprise data businesses. To do so will require gaining a deep understanding of the client’s technology and data landscape and demonstrating an acute awareness of industry and regulatory challenges to provide compelling solutions. You will build strong senior relationships to facilitate the engagement and deepen our client partnership.

We’ll trust you to:

• Build an in-depth understanding around our client’s workflow with end-users to ensure product satisfaction and retention
• Use your strong product knowledge, technical skills, and market knowledge to generate revenue from our Terminal business and broader technology and data suite
• Demonstrate sales creativity in combining our offerings or looking to create new unique offerings which present strong return on investment for the firm
• Develop in-depth knowledge of what our customers do at all levels of their business - this will include terminal users, and other stakeholders who use our solutions
• Articulate the features and benefits of Bloomberg enterprise level products in detail, so that you can act as a consultative partner for our customers
• Show outstanding knowledge of our core Terminal products and how workflows apply to major sell-side institutions, at global and regional levels
• Credibly position our analytics, data, and solutions in the context of the developing financial markets and changing technology landscape
• Contribute innovative ideas that anticipate and address client needs
• Collaborate internally to implement value-added solutions
• Participate actively in new projects that drive departmental and firm-wide initiatives and goals
• Seek out additional ways to demonstrate leadership and make an impact, such as mentoring, involvement in training, running campaigns, and active involvement in product improvements

You'll need to have:

• Minimum 5 years client facing experience in a Financial Services or a Financial Technology company
• Experience selling financial technology solutions to major sell-side financial institutions (such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, CapIQ, Eikon or other desktop, research and/or trading systems)
• Experience with front-office financial markets technology products in any of the following asset classes: Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Futures and other Derivatives (solutions such as Bloomberg Terminal/TOMS, ION, FIS, Murex, Flextrade etc.)
• Knowledge of the global banking landscape, including awareness of key players' activities and industry developments
• Consultative sales skills, including competitive market research, lead generation, prospecting, business development and closing sales
• Consistent record in handling multiple complex sales engagements concurrently
• Experience in building and maintaining senior client relationships both externally and internally
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
• Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
• Bachelor’s degree or degree-equivalent qualifications

We'd love to see:

• Hands on experience using the Bloomberg product suite
• Additional Asian language (Japanese, Mandarin or any ASEAN language) as you will be expected to support some of our regional APAC headquartered clients

Job Scope:

a) Work closely with other officers to customize sports programme

to cater to the learning needs of students.

b) Monitor the students' participation and take appropriate action

to follow up with the absentees and parents on a weekly basis.

c) Monitor and assess students' wellbeing and development.

d) Ensure that the coaches and auxillary manpower adhere to the

standard operating procedures of the sport programme.

e) Review and evaluate the coaches and auxillary manpower's

work ethics and performance.

f) Maintain good communication with parents of students and sch.

g) Assist in the logistics, administration, financial matters and

procurement of services in the organisation.

Qualification:

a) GCE '0' Level

b) Standard First Aid Certificate is accredited by National First Aid

council and valid throughout the contract period.

This position will be on a 5-day workweek but must be able to work on Saturdays during the peak training sessions which are held on this day i.e. from 8.00am to 7.30pm (timeframe will depend on the

training schedule of the organisation.

• Develop and conceptualize content and campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness and customer engagement across channels
• Develop, manage, and execute campaigns focused on increasing traffic and sales across e-commerce marketplaces including our own (Axquisite), Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice Online, Qoo10, Amazon, GrabMart, and others

• Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and promptly
