Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder/O level
• Possess Class 4 license
• Proficient inVehicle Diagnostics, experience in handling workshops and accident claims
• Possess Automotive (vehicle) product/technical knowledge (a must)
• Ability to work independently and in team environment

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Accountant with Monthly Closing and Reporting activities and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the financials with ability to meet tight deadline.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports for submission to HQ
• Handle Full set of Accounts including invoicing of customers and collections. Make timely payments to vendors and partners as needed and within the bounds of company internal procedures
• Ensure compliance to the internal control processes and update procedure as and when needed
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting and requests as needed
• Other duties and projects as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience in Accounting
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Meticulous and a team player
• Proficient in Excel Functions
• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, committed & possess a "can do" attitude
