Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential new clients
• Work closely with internal department teams to ensure client needs are met
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreement
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Business Administrative or relevant field with 2-3 years of relevant experience

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, specifically handling FIT/Group/ MICE bookings.
• Proficient in using reservation systems and travel-related software.
