Purchasing & Product Sourcing

• Support purchasing roles by ensuring that materials and products are sourced in line with customer requirements and job timelines.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating products and suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring lead time clearly defined.

Administrative & Documentation Tasks

• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information including customer details, sales history, and service records.
• Organize and file documentation records related to quotations, purchase orders, and customer & supplier interactions.
• Handle general customer inquiries through calls, emails and WhatsApp to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide administrative support for sales meetings, product presentations, and other related events.

Customer Satisfaction Monitoring

• Track and monitor customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, addressing issues where necessary to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Section Team Lead/ Sales Manager or relevant departments for further action.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Section Team Lead or Sales Manager.
• Support purchasing tasks and assist in sourcing alternative products when required.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy access to documentation and records.

Requirements

• Exposure in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales support or customer service roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on GST implications relevant to their business operations and transactions across various industries, including the financial sector.
• Assist clients with GST registration, exemption applications, and guidance on multiple GST schemes.
• Review and electronically file clients' GST returns.
• Conduct GST health checks, due diligence reviews, Assisted Self-Help Kit (ASK) reviews, and Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) reviews.
• Provide support to clients managing IRAS GST audits and investigations.
• Assist clients in seeking GST rulings from IRAS.
• Support partners in developing the GST practice and participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant discipline, preferably with a professional qualification recognized by SCTP.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Singapore GST, ideally within a professional services or accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of Singapore tax laws and guidelines.
• Proven ability to ensure timely execution and delivery of tasks.
• Strong leadership, client management, team collaboration, project management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Collaborative team player with the capacity to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Motivated, with a desire for career advancement and development.
• SCTP accreditation, such as Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) (GST) or Accredited Tax Advisor (GST), is an advantage.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners through regular engagements to establish and target new markets, improving sales and acquire new business
• Develop and keep clients account strategy in line with company business plan, to achieve profitable revenue growth and increase company market share
• Ensure deal-related issues are proactively addressed
• Close collaboration with other inhouse departments to propose, plan and execute pre and post operational requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
• Strong strategic and analytic thinking ability with good project management, account management and organisational skills
• Ability to flourish with minimum guidance, be proactively handle challenges and multi-task
• Preparation of tenders, contracts, quality proposal and presentations to clients
• Highly motivated to seek new business to drive growth and able to work in a customer-fronting, fast-paced environment
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Requirements

· Must be able to communicate in Chinese and English and local dialects with all parties involved in construction.

· Ideally 10 years of practical working experience with 10 years in Corporate Office / Retail Projects in a Main contractor in a Senior Management role.

· Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team of departmental heads.

· Ideally Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Construction or equivalent (Not a must). BCA issued certificate holders are also welcomed.

· Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.

· Good knowledge of local authority requirements and engineering standards.
