• Assist HOD in all aspects relating to the accounting functions to facilitate the closing of the full set of accounts

The Partnership Sales department is in charge of sourcing for and liaising with third-party overseas ticketing agents who are authorised by Singapore GP to sell tickets to the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix.

In this role, you will:

• Provide administrative support to the Partnership Sales team in processing ticket orders and logistics for the Authorised Ticketing Partners.
• Assist in coordination of onsite ticket collection during race week.
• Responsible for reconciliation of accounts after the race.
