Senior Sales Executive

Roles:

· Identify new projects / sales opportunities.

· Create strong sales pipeline; develop and maintain relationship with interior designers and architects.

· Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

· Develop quotes and proposals for clients.

· Support designers and architects in material specification.

· Attend to walk-in clients and provide consultation on various products.

Requirements

ROLE

This position is based in the Saint Laurent Singapore office, reporting directly to the Store Planning Director, managing store projects across Southeast Asia.

MISSION

Project Management

• Manage and oversee all types of construction projects: new stores, renovation, pop-ups, reinstatement
• Control and lead all aspects of project from inception through to completion, work with HQ Design team, country leaders, and in-house functional parties on project planning, store design, project finance and time management
• Closely monitor projects and work with all related parties to ensure corporate standards and statutory requirements are achieved
• Lead the local contractors, vendors and consultants to achieve corporate design intent; resolve design issues and delivery through efficient construction details and process
• Anticipate and react to all conditions that may impact project budget or timelines
• Manage and ensure proper documentation from the beginning to the end of the projects

Financial and Cost Management

• Forecast expenditures for projects and manage the budget
• Select local and overseas contractors, vendors to deliver projects within budget, time, and corporate standards

PROFILE

• Degree holder or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 8 years experience in managing store projects for international luxury fashion brands preferred
• Good team player with a mature working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and management skills with a keen awareness of current market development and updates

Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in France. We seek a Regional Logistics Manager to manage all merchandise and non-merchandising between origin and stores within the SEA markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Support logistics process flows and ensure smooth operations for both B2B and B2C
• Manage all the logistics operations related to new store opening, events and the launch of new markets in SEA
• Manage regulatory process, import/export license application/renewal across the SEA
• Negotiate service agreements and price with the freight forwarders/3PL.

SUMMARY

This position manages HOME’s overall communications/public education function, and supervises any others (e.g. communications volunteers, graphic designers, technical support, photographers/videographers and other vendors) involved in supporting communications.

The Communications Manager works jointly with the Executive Director to develop and implement effective communication strategies that promote the organization’s mission, values, and goals to key stakeholders. This includes creating engaging content for a variety of channels, managing the organization’s social media accounts, building relationships with the media, and ensuring consistent branding across all communication materials. The Communications Manager

is also responsible for internal communications efforts as needed.

JOB SCOPE

As an Account Manager, you will primarily be responsible for expanding Cloud Kinetics (CK) public sector territory through growth development of assigned account footprint and new account acquisitions. You will partner closely with CK cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to provide customers a first-class sales service experience like no other, serving as the trusted anchor for customers throughout the entire sales cycle to post-closure.
