Job Description

• On site management and maintenance of properties
• Day to day operation of all matters relating to maintenance/management of Condo’s facilities and operations
• Administration and management of contracts
• Attending to queries from owners
• Liaising with contractors

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Real Estate Management or with years of MA experience
• Knowledge of BMSM Act & other relevant regulations
• Good Negotiation & communication skills
