Job Description:

Essential duties and responsibilities to be performed are mentioned below -:

· Identifying new business opportunities in the field of Water & Wastewater Treatment /recycle/reuse/resource recovery Management across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

· Close coordination with Process and Proposal team.

· Develop business plans for the regions

· Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.

· Manage all customer communications and maintain effective relationships.

· Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets, procurement methods & internal discussion.

· Close coordination with the consultants / key people involved at customer end for Pre-Qualification & Technical Specification management.

· SWOT analysis of the market for WTP, WWTP, Recycle/Reuse Initiatives and Chemicals.

· Technical Presentations to consultants and prospective customers to ensure the issuance of inquiry in desired form.

· Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.

· Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

· Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.

· Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.

· Site visits for clarity on technical requirements / for local partner selections / evaluation of local issues at different locations.

· Participation in framing of Techno-Commercial proposals deriving the scheme selection for the treatment of Water / Wastewater.

· Active / valued inputs on estimations from Mechanical, E&I, Civil teams along with costing for bid preparation

· Active participation in Internal & external Kick off meeting at start of the project before handing over the entire communication to projects, F&A. Keeping update and close track of project status through Project status report and close coordination with customer for smooth seamless handing over of project.

· Finalisation of Annual budget Document for the Financial Year in consultation with Group Finance manager, and responsible to achieve the same.

· Exploring & participating in Water Exhibitions, seminar and other events

The candidate will require:

· BE/B-tech/ Polytechnique: Chemical/Mechanical: MBA (Marketing) degree will be an added advantage.

· Experience must be between 5 to 12 years.

· High degree of problem -solving skills by application of standard principles, theories, concepts, techniques.

· Highly disciplined.

· Energetic self-starter, with effective problem solving and technical skills.

· Good communication and inter-personal skills and team player. Ability to work with Challenging KPIs

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily sales activities, including cold calling, scheduling client appointments, preparing presentation materials and proposals, and presenting to potential customers.
• Develop and execute strategies by analyzing current market trends and needs.
• Generate new leads and secure new sales opportunities to boost sales revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-departmental teams to provide pricing details and technical support to customers.
• Ensure accuracy in sales reports for record-keeping and management reporting.
• Perform pre-ITQ and RFQ groundwork duties, including tender/bidding and negotiation to close deals.
• Maintain strong support and relationships with existing and new customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends by attending product training sessions and keeping up with the latest developments.

Requirements:

• Prefer minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Business-to-Business sales or in Business development role (IT field will be an advantage).
• Diploma / Degree holder in related field (Sales or Information Technology).
• IT Product Knowledge. Knowledge or experience in HP / Lenovo SMB sales or IT solutions and consultancy will be an added advantage.
• Proven good sales track record in related fields.
• Excellent communicator with good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
