This role involves working closely with stakeholders in assessing ever changing workforce environment, job redesign for mature work force and work closely with training department to enhance senior skills and knowledge to increase employment opportunities. The incumbent will be measured on the number of new jobs mandate and filling those roles with mature workers as the single most important measure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employer Engagement: Build strong relationships with employers in various sectors to promote the benefits of hiring mature workers. Educate employers about the unique skills and experiences that mature workers bring to the table.

2. Advocacy and Outreach: Represent CFS at industry events, conferences, and job fairs to raise awareness about the value of mature workers. Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct outreach and operationalise a Certified Age Friendly Employers network.
