Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of Annual Marketing and Channel Plans for assigned channels and key retailers or trade clients.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers in General Trade, Modern Trade, and OP Trade to align on Marketing Plans, Calendars, and promotional activities.
• Oversee the development of initiatives, coordinate and execute consumer and trade promotions, including sampling and on-ground store activations.

They are looking to hire a Purchasing & Supplier Manager (Precision Manufacturing), a Subject Matter Expert who is the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring a smooth flow of Procurement and Sourcing activities, supporting end to end front end Supply Chain Management processes from New Product Introductions to Mass Production processes, championing Supply Chain Excellence for Singapore’s site and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end tactical procurement strategy as well as ensuring optimal commodity/ sourcing processes to enable a streamlined supply chain site operations
• Review and develop an effective supplier management work flow, especially so for critical part management to achieve optimal production capability
• Spearhead strategic supplier negotiation and identify opportunities for procurement process improvement activities for the flagship manufacturing site in Singapore and beyond
• Actively support strategic Supply Chain Transformation initiatives to ensure best-in-class Procurement Management in the region

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Procurement and Sourcing Management experience in a Clean Room Manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex High Mix Low Volume Production Process
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organisation to important stakeholders
• Good understanding of ORACLE and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred

The Site Manager duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Planning and ensure correct work sequences and procedures for daily site operations, including job site access;
• Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of the project;
• Leading and managing of workers and sub-contractors on site;
• Responsible for machinery and materials planning and deployment on site;
• Ensure all site works are done according to specifications, on schedule and within budget;
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from workplace and/or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities;
• Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace;
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site;
• Participating in conducting risk assessment (RA);
• Ensure briefing/re-briefing of RA to workers/sub-contractors by supervisor;
• Implement necessary control measure to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence;
• Any other duties assigned by the Departmental Manager.

• Mentoring the progress and utilities team involved in the variety of LTA/MRT project.

• Develop designs of wet & dry utilities, utilities diversion schemes according to different standards and requirements.

• Propose circuit and line on each utility agency.

• Management of NCE and trial trench works for locating existing utility.

• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, sub-contractors and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site.

• Responsible for managing all aspect of utilities coordination works planning and technical co-ordination of all services installation work scheduling for LTA/MRT Project.

• Manage & monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements to get an approval for water, drainage and other major utilities diversion.

• Minimum 5 years of Engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board or qualification acceptable to Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as Resident Engineer or Recognise Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer/Manager and at least 3 years of experience in the construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity.

Responsibilities:
