We are looking for highly driven individuals to join us as AFTERSALES MANAGER.

Responsibilities

- Liaise with customers on their servicing / repairs requests

- Plan and Co-ordinate daily aftersales repairs and servicing activities

- Establish good and strong relationships with clients

- Liaise with vendors and workshops on customers’ requests

- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels/Diploma or higher

· Automotive knowledge would be advantageous

· Able to write and converse fluently in English

· Mature and possess excellent interpersonal skills

· Must possess valid class 3 Singapore driving license

· Positive attitude towards delivering customer service excellence

• Act as Manager on duty for the hotel, dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.

Pre-Requisites

• Min. 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in the hospitality sector.
