The Responsibilities:

• Maintain cash flow forecasts to meet operational needs while maximizing returns on idle funds

Role Objective:

The Community Partnerships role manages and supports the organization in community outreach, to grow and deepen partnerships with FSCs, SSOs and any agencies with clients (similar to the demographic DOT serves) in order to extend our services to women who need them.

Primary Functions

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing primary care and preventive health programmes for the hospital in partnership with the SingHealth Office of Regional Health. This role focuses on improving the health outcomes of residents residing within the assigned EGH population catchment, while addressing social determinants of health and implementing strategies to enhance preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness of the residents.

Requirements:

• Good Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years were in a managerial capacity preferably in the healthcare industry
• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Public Health, Health Management, or its equivalent would be an advantage
• Proven experience in population health management within a hospital or healthcare setting would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s healthcare landscape and regulations
• Proficient with data analytics tools and techniques
• Possess excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
• Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships and work independently

Duties and Responsibilities

· The duties and responsibilities of a cleaning service manager can vary depending on the size and scope of the cleaning operation, but generally include the following:

· Supervision and Training: Overseeing a team of cleaners, assigning tasks, and ensuring they are properly trained in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper use of equipment and chemicals.

· Scheduling: Creating work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure adequate coverage, efficient use of resources, and timely completion of tasks.

· Quality Control: Inspecting work performed by cleaning staff to ensure it meets established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

· Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining supplies, equipment, and cleaning products, as well as keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring proper storage.

· Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for cleaning staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

· Performance Management: Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, and addressing disciplinary issues or conflicts within the team.

· Adherence to Company Policies: Ensuring that all cleaning staff adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant industry standards or regulations.

Requirements

· Education: While not always required, a high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.

· Experience: Previous experience in the cleaning industry or in a managerial role is highly beneficial. This could include working as a cleaner, supervisor, or assistant manager in a cleaning service company. Experience in customer service, personnel management, and administrative tasks is also valuable.

· Knowledge of Cleaning Techniques: A good understanding of various cleaning techniques, equipment, and products is essential. This includes knowledge of different cleaning chemicals, tools, and methods for different surfaces and materials.

· Leadership Skills: As a manager, you'll be responsible for leading and supervising a team of cleaners. Strong leadership skills are necessary to motivate and manage staff effectively, delegate tasks, and ensure that cleaning standards are met.

· Communication Skills: Clear communication is crucial for coordinating with clients, staff, and other stakeholders. You should be able to effectively convey instructions, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns that arise.

· Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Understanding safety regulations and best practices related to cleaning chemicals, equipment usage, and workplace safety is essential for protecting the health and well-being of both staff and clients.

· Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computer software such as email, word processing, and spreadsheet programs may be required for tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and communication.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, The Duty Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the front office including night shift, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to guests. Visibility will be a key feature.

Description:

• Reports directly to and communicates with the Rooms Division Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations
• Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
• Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
• Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel and responds to guest needs and resolves related problems.
• Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods and ensure VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention.
