What you’ll do:

• Set up processes & workflows for efficient delivery of the project BIM deliverables.
• Ensure a healthy start for new projects by conducting kick-off meetings & hand-holding sessions for the project teams on CDE access (Common Data Environment), Information Management, Data exchange, Modelling techniques, BIM coordination & review process, Issue management, As-built verification process, BIM handover process etc.
• Keep the project BIM documents upto date. Includes but not limited to BEP, Project BIM Standards, MIDP, TIDP, Model Tree, LOD table, BIM Collaboration, Documentation standards.
• Attend client meetings & lead the decision-making process affecting the BIM deliverables.
• Conduct Trainings on BIM processes & workflows, Inspire & motivate the BIM teams, Monitor progress. 
• Develop, discover, collect, and share processes, best practices, tools, and techniques of BIM.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for the project’s BIM funding and BIM submissions.
• Work closely with all other departments and project teams to provide solutions for BIM related technical issues.

1) Sales Support Executive (Air & Sea Freight)

Job Duties

• Handling full operations on Air or Ocean freight import/export shipments
• Work closely with customers and agents for air freight or sea freight operations
• Coordinate with customer service team and sales team in providing the contractor’s cost for trucking/shipping liners/airliners etc.
• Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations
• Assist sales team with operations and quotations and complete documentations including billing invoice
• Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight. Such as permit application, shipment data, billing and other operations

Job Requirements

• Min GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain relevant discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding
• With permit declaration through Tradenet is preferable
• Computer literacy eg: proficient in MS Word & Excel etc

Ensure Compliance With Singapore And HQ Regulators’ AML/CFT Requirements

• Carry out AML/CFT transaction monitoring and investigate alerts in a timely manner;
• Resolve or escalate the alerts, where appropriate
• Ensure proper documentation on the handling of alerts
• File suspicious transaction reports, if necessary, to the relevant authorities within the stipulated timeline

AML Transaction Monitoring

• To review and investigate system-generated or any alerts, to determine the next course of action
• Conduct further investigations, if necessary, by engaging relevant stakeholders to obtain the required information to ensure proper closure
• To close the alerts promptly and maintain proper documentation on the rationale of the closure
• To assist team lead in carrying out any necessary reporting to management as well as other stakeholders
• To file STRs to the relevant authorities and attend to any follow-up requests from the relevant authorities to ensure proper handling and closure
• To maintain the register of STRs filed/not filed

Other function(s)

• To liaise with the relevant stakeholders in handling Production Orders issued by the authorities

This role is responsible for governing the customer experience journey through strategic planning, market research, and data-driven insights. • Manage, lead, motivate and empower the Customer Relationship Management Team within the Marketing department
• Manage and lead the in-house Customer Interaction Centre to strengthen luxury positioning and create customer excitement across virtual touchpoints (online chat, social media, inbound and outbound calls, and emails), including handling VVIPs and escalated cases.
