Commercial and Disease Area Manager

As the Commercial and Disease Area Manager, you will be responsible for implementation of the commercial disease strategy developed with the Commercial and Disease Area Lead, as well as assisting affiliates for the responsible disease area, across all customer areas to ensure commercialization success. You will be the business partners to regional teams, affiliates and global to identify focus areas, drive launches and programs to increase clinical uptake of Roche solutions in the responsible disease area. It is an integrated role; you will work closely with regional clinical stakeholders directly touching the patient journey in your disease area to shape the ecosystem and impact patient outcome in APAC.

In this role, you will:

· Work with Commercial and Disease Area Lead to drive APAC disease strategy implementation by identifying gaps along the patient journey, with an aim to identify investment opportunities and to shape the ecosystem, and collaborate with Roche Pharma in jointly looking into opportunities as required

· Develop and drive sub-region/country disease strategy and focus area according to market maturity, with focus to drive and support local implementation, including clinician engagement initiatives.

· Work with Commercial & Disease Area Lead to lead Disease Area Squads comprising of members from countries, other value streams, chapters, and potentially global. Drive APAC disease commercial strategy and execution to ensure commercial success for high medical value solutions across different customer areas, leveraging on Launch Power House

· Partner with MSA and Chapter to develop clinician engagement strategy to drive clinical uptake of Roche/Partner's solutions & to establish Roche thought leadership in clinician space

· Involve in respective Global Disease Area Network or other related teams/networks that target to focus on disease management or clinical uptake of high medical value solutions

· Co-develop new business model to current care pathways by collaborating with other teams and external partners

· Own disease area commercial expertise; act as architect and catalyst of disease management topic for internal stakeholder.

Who you are:

· Experience and knowledge in building strategy for high clinical value arena with proven ability to engage clinician stakeholders

· Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track and measure results

· Proven experience leading cross functional teams in an agile environment

· Proven ability to build long term trusted relationships with external and internal stakeholders

· Familiarity with the trends and their relevance to the healthcare industry in the responsible disease area with preference to APAC.

· Passionate in improving clinical practice and patient outcome

· Outside the box thinking and comfortable to challenge the status quo

· Comfortable with taking risks, experiment and learn; Able to act on key decisions and opportunities, and stop any activity that is not adding value

· System thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders in the ecosystem and at the same time able to connect the dots across various customer areas solutions

Qualification and Experience

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the related field. Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, Medical Degree, PhD) in the related field desired.

· At least 5 years of work experience in related field.

· Clinician engagement experience is a must, preferably with APAC experience

· Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

· Strategic thinking and planning skill with proven analytical and forward-looking thought process.

· Proven commercial acumen with strong understanding of financials.

· Stakeholder management skill with the experience of collaborations with cross-function teams and different types of external stakeholders.

Salt is looking to hire a Delivery Design Manager for a global tech client on a yearly renewable contract role. The Design Delivery Principal is responsible for design decisions related to a portfolio of datacenter projects which can include: new construction, phased expansion, retrofits and upgrades, acquisition conversions, mechanical and electrical equipment selections, and standards upgrades in either a specific region or globally.

Responsibilities:

• Owns and leads a design process, interacting with Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Partners (MEPs), and other design partners to deliver a portfolio of world class datacenters with a strong focus on technical excellence, mission critical resilience and cost management
• Obtains site-specific conditions, utility and infrastructure design, costs and availability of utilities, liaison with planning authorities and local logistics including site logistics during construction and phasing
• Conducts the master planning of expansion portfolio using global design standards and templates; incorporating regional information to apply these to the inception of projects
• Maintains interpersonal relationships with internal technical staff, external design consulting partners, construction management, commercial management, and regional P&L holders to ensure appropriate stakeholder exposure
• Indirectly manages experienced electrical and mechanical engineering staff in the Independent Technical Review and Innovation & Development teams to deliver a portfolio of world-class datacentre designs on time and to budget

Qualification:

• 15+ years’ experience in a Design MEP Firm or in the design team of a Mission Critical Building operator or subcontractor, OR 15+ years’ experience as an Architectural lead in a Mission Critical Architectural Design Practice preferred.
• MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR MSc in Architecture is preferred, BSc acceptable or extensive and demonstrable experience in role, Architects to hold RA or AIA
• PE/Chartership desirable but not essential
• Experienced in Project and Stakeholder Management.
• Ability to travel 15-20% of the time, mainly to Thailand and Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Handle full sets of accounts for the SCDA Group, including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, fixed assets registers, and general ledger maintenance
• Manage and perform the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations
• Supervise the monthly closing process, ensuring the preparation of accurate financial statements and management accounts with analysis against previous FY and Quarter
• Perform ledger tasks such as accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and journal entries as required
• Manage the annual statutory audit and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth completion
• Prepare and review quarterly GST submission to IRAS
• Develop, implement and monitor internal controls to ensure integrity of financial reporting as well as adequate risk management including appropriate documentation
• Assist in fulfilling regulatory and statutory reporting requirements, including tax computation and other related statutory filings required
• Support cash flow forecasting and cash management processes.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Business or a related field
• Chartered Accountant qualifications (CPA) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge in accounting (IFRS) and tax regulations, operational risk management and design of internal control systems.
