About the Role:

• Execute on Asia Pac / India real estate plans to deliver on key GRE portfolio metrics.
• Partner with internal functions and external Real Estate providers for transaction, design and project management to ensure the successful execution of real estate strategies and enable the businesses to meet their objectives.

About You:

• At least 5 years of Corporate Real Estate function experience with MNC.

• Experience in financial analysis and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of the India market, with at least 5 years of experience in dealing with India transactions is mandatory.

Job Description:

• Close communication with projects to reflect PD/SPM’s intention for the project and establish Contracts management policy/tactics in line with PD/SPM’s intention.
• Review external providers (i.e vendors and subcontractors) terms of service and project deliverable.
• Provides contractual advisory from the commercial perspective to the project through all stages: construction, subcontracting, completion and hand-over,

Job Requirement:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Science, Building or Engineering.

• At least 8 years of supervisory experience in managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.

About the Role

Collaborate closely with the senior manager for APAC marketing and country managers to develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans for target markets, ensuring regional strategy complements and supports global marketing objectives and sales targets.

• Develop and execute multi-touch digital marketing campaigns based on the buyer’s journey to grow and engage audiences; acquire and convert leads across different channels and platforms.

About You

• Highly creative with experience in devising integrated marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
