The Role of Marketing & Client Services Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Marketing & Client Services team. The role is to serve as data steward to manage our Firm’s Client Relationship Management (“CRM”) system and other databases as well as support on the following:

• Generate mailing lists and coordinate e-mail marketing for client events and legal updates
• Provide guidance on CRM usage and promote effective use of the respective tools by conducting training and sharing best practices
• Collate and update the Firm’s credentials database
• Undertake regular database maintenance and ensure data is kept up to date
• Support on media monitoring and reporting
• Process claims and assist in the department's budgeting process
• Coordinate gift requests and membership renewals
• Assist in the assessment of marketing opportunities
• Provide other support to the MCS team that includes events administration and meeting arrangements.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in marketing or a business-related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with database systems and CRM administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience in a marketing co-ordination, budget monitoring and team administration support role is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management and organisational organisation skills with excellent attention to details

About the job

In your role as a Sales and Supply Support Specialist, you will create and constantly improve excellent availability, range management and forecasting at the lowest possible costs. Together with the Sales and Supply Support Manager, you will support the Store’s commercial team and act as a communication link between the Store and Supply and Availability team in Service Office.

Your assignment

• Secure the highest goods availability possible supporting the commercial team’s strategy and Sales direction, considering country specific positioning campaigns, the commercial calendar and local store activities.
• Act as the main contact partner for all range management and operational supply-related questions, in the commercial team in the store.
• Work actively with sales in range management by securing qualitative and timely administration of the range in the systems and highlight deviations of the range frame and parameters.
• Act as a gatekeeper to rationalize forecast inputs from Sales and ensuring receiving is on time for Sale’s activation, taking into consideration available capacity.
• Contribute to the successful replenishment by working actively with forecasting and ordering in alignment with the commercial calendar.
• Support the Sales and Supply Support Manager with stock discrepancies analysis as part of the inventory management process.
• Produce timely and periodic follow ups to commercial and management team regarding operational process in the store, including phasing in and out, overstock and concrete, activities and non-central shortages.

Your profile

• You have minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Supply Chain and operational excellence to support in retail and/or logistics processes, tools and working methods.
• You are analytical, able to make objective decisions based on monitoring and reviewing of the in-store Logistics system and other available information.
• You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain effective work relationships with cross-departmental colleagues and confident in approaching and talking to people from all levels.

The Director of Channel Sales is responsible for leading a team of Channel Sales representatives to drive sales efforts to meet and exceed Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets from a specified Area. This is an extremely hands-on role that will actively manage their teams who are responsible for building partnerships and growing Net New business through strong partnerships within a specified Area. The Director will align with the strategy for Channel Sales growth to execute strategic plans, grow pipeline and achieve revenue goals.

• Manage a team of Channel Sales representatives to execute revenue strategies, and exceed KPIs and ARR targets.
• Drive the day-to-day activities of Channel Sales reps through daily team standups, close analysis of sales statistics and pipeline reviews.
• Engage with partners directly to build strategic relationships and growth of key partnerships.
• Assist Channel Sales reps in building partner sales engagements and closing deals with partners.
• Develop, drive and guide our partner activities to foster excellent relationships with new and existing partners aligned to the partner stratification to grow net new revenue.

• Degree in Environmental/Chemistry or equivalent
