Part-time sales advisor

A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide great customer experience.
Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities.
Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
Open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags.
Support customer purchases and returns in the register.

· Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the CCTV market.

· Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, outlining progress, achievements, and potential areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT engineering, or a related field is preferred. Technical qualifications in security systems or electronics are advantageous.

· Experience: Proven track record as a successful sales executive in the Physical security industry, with a demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of CCTV/ACS and Network technology, surveillance systems, and related security solutions.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.

Some stuff you need:

• 1-2 years of hands-on technical application, product support, or business process experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce - Marketing Cloud (some knowledge of Case Management, SOQL, LWC, read through Apex Code, Live Agents, and WhatsApp)
• Experience operating with SLAs in a client-facing role in a production support environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience
• Analyzing and solving complex problems
• Effectively prioritizing conflicting demands
• Management within multiple deadlines and delivering multiple projects at once
• Communicating across functional boundaries and/or globally (24/7 production support experience)
• Experienced with working both independently and in a team environment
• Service Cloud Admin Certified or Workday Payroll Admin Certified (required)

• Hands on Workday experience
• Knowledge and demonstrable experience with Visualforce and Mulesoft
