This position is accountable for soliciting, booking and servicing Wedding & Social segment booking business through both an established base of key accounts, key prospects as well as other new accounts.

To anticipate and exceed guests expectation and needs in planning and executing each event while ensuring the best return value for the hotel.

Additionally this position is active in the execution of the departmental marketing plan through the participation in both the planning and hosting the sales activities outlined below.

Responsibilities included:

1. Ensure all IHG Catering standards are adhered for all event activity
2. Solicit business through execution of actions outlined in the departmental marketing plan as well as solicitation practices.
