You will be responsible for BICO’s entire Biosciences product portfolio encompassing our award-winning devices which are used at prestigious academic and pharmaceutical labs around the world to automate workflows in numerous application areas, including stable cell line development, single-cell omics, high-throughput screening, drug discovery and cell-imaging microscopy portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage and be responsible for commercial success in the Singapore region (SEA region team) for our entire Biosciences product portfolio including our cutting-edge single-cell dispensers, liquid dispensers, microscopes, microbioreactors and centrifugal plate washers
• Identify opportunities, generate leads, manage accounts and arrange prospect meetings
• To work with FAS to conduct compelling live or remote demonstrations and presentations to prospects
• Develop and execute smart concepts to build efficient sales processes together with our product management and field support team
• Develop applications with customers and ensure customer success in the context of our target markets
• Represent our company at scientific conferences and trade fairs
• Work closely with the executive management, product management, marketing team as well as the customer support to drive initiatives and enhance campaigns
• To work consistently to achieve sales KPIs set
• To be able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams
• To collaborate with managers and global team to implement localised sales strategies
• To be on ground to aggressively hunt for new customers

Qualifications

• University degree in life sciences, biology or similar field preferred
• Experience as Sales Specialist or Field Application Scientist for laboratory equipment in life sciences
• Experience working with distributors would be advantageous

• Exemplary communication and confident negotiation skills

• Update & Maintain hero images for all JDE products across all online channels
• Develop promo hero images and update images during key promotion windows
• Manage the day to day relationship with 3rd Party Marketplace (MP) partners, to ensure a perfect execution of our eCommerce Fundamentals

Performance tracking/ data analysis

• Drive Visibility and Promotional planning to Win the Key Shopping Festivals such as 11:11 or Black Friday or Prime Day.

Plan & Develop Exclusive Channel Promotions

Develops Platform Communication Materials (on site & off site banners)

The Senior Marketing Manager is the regional deployment lead (RDL) for Cough, Cold & Digestive Health portfolio in APAC This role is responsible for managing the portfolio (primarily Codral, Benadryl, Bactidol, Imodium, Microlax, Motilium) across the region to cascade the globally aligned strategy and initiatives with limited shaping and transcreation.

The RDL links the Region to the Global Brand Development Teams on a day-to-day basis.

• Lead a cohesive approach to marketing deployment across clusters/ region, embedding principles of science of brand growth, aligned to Global Growth brand plan.
• Drives above market share growth through increased consumer penetration, leveraging global playbooks and toolkits.
• Develops, coaches, and motivates end to end regional deployment team, embedding, and modelling Kenvue behaviours

Key Responsibilities

Leadership foundations

• Member of regional segment team, executing globally aligned strategy and priority workstreams for the Cough & Cold & Digestive Health portfolio
• Ensuring strong collaboration & participation in Global Growth forum as per defined cadence.
• Responsible for effective cascade of Globally aligned strategy, comms, innovation to region at growth forums
• Responsible for inputs into 3 YR Op plan for non-priority markets in accordance with brand strategic plans
• Act as single point of contact /representative for non-priority markets at the Global BDTs
• Provide consolidated consumer, HCP insights + needs to Global team for consideration
• ‘Red’ flag check with non-priority markets on key global initiatives (ie, regs, DE&I, legal, sustainability)

Brand & connections excellence

• Ensure market /region compliance to globally aligned brand strategy, and positioning for Cough & Cold & Digestive Health portfolio (Codral, Benadryl, Benylin, Motilium)
• Rollout global comms, content, playbooks to markets/clusters in region, editing only for regional nuances as agreed with Global Development Team
• Ensure adoption & execution of SOBG principles across active markets
• Lead cascade of HCP & Influencers strategy, playbook and executional framework, including regional congress, contact & sampling strategy, where relevant for key brands
• Executing within a framework for non-priority markets within a region, prioritize brand building activities as per globally cascaded 3 yr operating plan

Innovation and portfolio excellence

• Rollout Globally aligned innovation, as per stage gate governance & market prioritization
• Lead commercial, cost saving & loss avoidance initiatives, applying Global governance framework
• Ensure adoption of Portfolio Strategy, price, pack architecture, including any RGM, SPM regionally led actions
• Co-ordinate any Master text Artwork amends through Veraciti, adhering to global design guidelines
