Job Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, promote services, and generate sales across multiple brands under the company umbrella.
β’ Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels with a strong emphasis on lead generation and conversion.
β’ Website and SEO Management:Oversee the company's websites and enhance online visibility through search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques, improving user experience and driving organic traffic.
β’ Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities for various brands.
β’ Content Development:Create compelling and high-quality content for websites, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials, tailored to attract potential clients and strengthen brand presence.
β’ Design and Visual Content Creation: Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create visually engaging marketing materials and ensure high-quality design across all digital and print platforms.
β’ Brand Consistency:Ensure the uniform representation of the company's brand identity across all platforms and marketing collateral, maintaining a consistent message and tone.
β’ Case Studies and Client Showcases: Develop impactful case studies, project showcases, and other materials that highlight the firmβs work and demonstrate value to convert leads into sales.
β’ Brand Identity Management: Create and uphold a strong and distinct brand identity, leveraging visual and verbal communication to stand out in the market.
β’ Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance data and sales metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
β’ Collaborate with Sales:Partner with the sales team to create and implement lead-generation initiatives and sales strategies that drive business growth for all brands.
β’ Sales & Marketing Material Creation: Assist in developing sales and marketing tools such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
β’ Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, marketing agencies, partners, and clients to explore new business opportunities and ensure seamless project execution.
β’ Budget Management:Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective, on-brand, and within the allocated budget for each brand.
β’ Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics to present to senior management, making recommendations for improvement.
β’ Others: Assist in any other marketing relevant tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Β· Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Β· Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing sales and marketing strategies across multiple brands.
Β· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Β· Proven experience in sales and lead generation.
Β· Knowledge and experience in website development using software like WordPress.
Β· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential for creating high-quality marketing materials.
Β· Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.
Β· Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Β· Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
