Job Description
โAttending to call-in and email sales enquiries, order processing and providing sales and customer support
โProviding administrative & sales support
โMaintain and ensure system customer listing is accurate and up-to-date
โCommunicate requirements and activities to salesperson
โProcess Quotations and Sales/Purchase Orders
โManage Inventory and plan stock replenishment
โRepresent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
โResearch consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
โAchieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
