• Model Training and Evaluation: Train and fine-tune AI models using appropriate frameworks and libraries, and rigorously evaluate model performance through various metrics.
• Deployment: Deploy AI models into production environments, optimizing for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Algorithm Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize AI algorithms and models to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing products and systems.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and contribute to the research and development of new AI capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• At least 4 years experience in AI and machine learning model development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with system development data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI deployment technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Japanese reading and writing, with a JLPT N1 certificate or equivalent skill required.
