Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Excellence Manager to lead and inspire our Sales Development Executives.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and refining processes and policies that enhance order fulfillment and drive superior customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, experience with SAP, and a talent for coaching and mentoring.
Experience in handling long industrial quotes and managing a team that produces detailed quotes is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Development Executives to achieve and exceed performance targets. Foster a collaborative and high-energy environment that encourages professional growth and excellence.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and policies to streamline order fulfillment and enhance overall efficiency. Identify and address process gaps to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor team performance through metrics and KPIs. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to ensure high standards of customer service and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals. Analyze market trends and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, process effectiveness, and team achievements. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic planning.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving sales excellence and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience managing a team responsible for handling quotes involving detailed and complex information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SAP is a must.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, order fulfillment, and customer service best practices.
- Results-oriented with a passion for driving team success and operational efficiency.
- Adaptable and proactive in addressing challenges and opportunities.
