Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with management to achieve sales objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet sales targets.
• Oversee all face-to-face sales interactions with clients on-site.
• Serve as the primary contact for new clients.
• Maintain and update client profiles in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.

• Provide support to management during trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other activities involving principals and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales and/or engineering industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
• Outgoing personality with a passion for sales and people management
• Willing to travel around Singapore most of the time
• Self-motivated and driven
• Demonstrated strong sales track record

Responsibilities:
