Responsibilities:

- Assist Marketing and General Managers in daily administrative tasks for smooth coordination.

- Identify marketing trends and opportunities.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, analyze competition, and inform marketing strategies.

- Monitor and collect data on marketing campaign progress and results.

- Present findings through graphic, written, or verbal reports.

- Manage social media account creation and maintenance.

- Address marketing inquiries via phone, email, or social media.

- Perform data entry and analysis.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience.

- F&B industry preferrable, open to consider from FMCG and Logistics industries.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Proven experience as a marketing assistant.

- Understanding of office management and marketing principles.

- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, digital marketing software, and social media platforms; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

- Creativity is a key attribute.

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors, for Security and IT systems such IP Surveillance, Card Access,
• Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawings, submittals, design, estimation, follow-ups, installation, commissioning, handing over, training, etc
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for system requirement, any site instructions, assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on Daily / Weekly basis.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of MS Windows Server and basic PC hardware structure

• Advantage if Milestone VMS Certified
• Professional experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications
• Good to have experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering
