Responsibilities:

1. Process sales orders in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Coordinate and correspond with customer professionally on sales orders status such as checking on stock level, delivery schedule, etc.
3. Provide customer support during pre and post-sales process.
4. Provide sales and customer support to the sales team.
5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum ITE certificate and above.
• Have previous experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the food distribution industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company bus pick up at Jurong East MRT station)
• Able to commit at least 3 days per week.
• Able to commit at least 3 months.
• Anytime between 830am to 530pm (can be discussed).
