The Senior Digital Solutions Sales Executive is part of the commercial digital solutions team within JCI’s Building Technology & Solutions business. This team is at the center of JCI’s fast growing digital IoT smart building strategy delivering solutions across the building ecosystem. How you will do it:

Under general direction, you will conduct value-based sales of advanced solutions to key accounts and deliver lighthouse smart building projects that influence industries. This role is accountable to digital pipeline growth and delivering digital sales targets by effectively and efficiently qualfying high-potential opportunities and progressing to closure in partnership with account managers and selling teams in key verticals by identifying high-impact customer use case/scenarios for target verticals. Skills required for the role include consultative selling at the executive level, differentiating offerings from competitors, and understanding complex sales processes. Requirements:

- Sheetmetal knowledge/background preferred but not a must. Machining, metal stamping or metal treatment/coating knowledge will be advantageous.

- Positive attitude, willing to learn new metal fabrication methods, coating, assembly, etc.

- Willing to do cold call and make appointment to promote our company customised metalworks and services.

- Champion all project assigned from start to finish: Feasibility metalwork design discussion with client, material procurement, fabrication, post coating and delivery/installation.

- Able to commit extra hours to ensure project complete successfully.

- Able to interpret technical drawing preferred.

• Develop and implement industry leading acquisition and retention

Marketing Calendar

• Create & plan promotions and campaigns to delight new and existing customers
• Plan & coordinate the optimal timing of all new product launch campaigns, working closely with Merchandising

Customer Experience

• Create and oversee content and creative for website, to deliver enhanced web UX
• Build robust EDM strategy & optimise email experience
• Shape our loyalty programme and drive higher participation among customers

Performance Marketing

• The ideal candidate will be able to monitor and adjust our SEO performance
• The ideal candidate will be able to implement Google AdWords, Meta Ads strategy
• Work with our Affiliate partners to oversee and analyse performance of marketing

Customer Analytics & Insights

• Undertake analytics (Shopify, GA) to gain key insights on product purchases and customer behaviour to help support decision making on acquisition and targeting

Brand & Content

• Build Sasha’s Fine Foods brand across channels – incl. PR & influencer engagement
• Provide creative direction for content development across all channels and asset types

Sales

• You may be required to perform more traditional sales work as well

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Marketing experience in a consumer facing e-Commerce business
• Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience across earned, owned and paid channels (esp. social, search, display, EDM)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in asset development and creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking – incl. Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Mailchimp
• Proficiency in Shopify a bonus
• Experience with creating Google Ads and Meta Ads
