Position : TCM consultant cum marketing manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the process of providing TCM services.
• Responsible for patient safety and patient care, and the SOPs that facilitate these objectives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards including infection control measures.
• Participate in strategic planning and business plans.
• Handle, resolve, and communicate complaints and incidents.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control of medical supplies and equipment.
• Conduct general clinic duties, such as patient consultations, dispensary work, and customer service.
• Oversee Health talks, Event & Campaign Management
• Promote and educate the public on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through talks and outreach events.
• Create and implement marketing plans to promote the clinic’s services, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, aesthetics, and wellness treatments.
• Develop strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones, focusing on branding, promotions, and patient engagement.
• Manage the clinic's social media platforms and online presence, creating engaging content to promote TCM services and aesthetics treatments.
• Plan and execute online campaigns via platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive strategy to transform atrium events into profitable ventures, including budget management, revenue forecasting, and cost control measures.
• IIdentify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while optimizing costs.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to attract prominent brands to participate in atrium events, creating win-win partnerships that enhance their exposure and contribute to event revenue.
• Work closely with landlords to align event objectives with property goals, ensuring seamless event execution while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and property management.
• Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of atrium events, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences, adherence to brand guidelines, and alignment with revenue targets.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret event data and attendee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, refine strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead an operations team and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure all events comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies, maintaining a secure and pleasant environment for all attendees and participants.

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and revenue generation skills. Ability to negotiate favourable terms with suppliers and partners.
• Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing large-scale events. In-depth understanding of the events industry, including trends, best practices, and regulations.

You will be assisting the Ladies Skincare and Men’s Grooming teams in the following areas:

Digital Marketing

· Manage, plan and execute brands’ social media content on various social media platforms to deepen communication with target audience with latest offerings and trend

· Monitor social media platforms for trending news and ideas

· Develop and design digital marketing materials (i.e. EDM, Website artworks and etc)

Trade Marketing

· Support in the conceptualization and liaising with creative agency to develop visually impactful designs for in store displays and events

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out marketing projects

Campaign Management

· Assist with consumers activations such as workshops, events, in-store activations

Who we are looking for
