[Marketing Lead, Cross-border Recruitment Service]

We are seeking an exceptional marketing & growth enthusiast to lead the Marketing team in our Cross-Border Recruitment Service Business, TalentHub.
What You’ll Be Doing
The mission of this role is to position Glints as a thought leader in the talent and recruitment space, enabling Glints to be the preferred solutions partner for employers in Singapore, Hong Kong and new markets we enter.
You will drive a diverse range of marketing channels including social media, blog, performance marketing, partnerships, and Events.
In this full-funnel marketing role that reports into the Commercial Director, your role is pivotal in driving impactful full-funnel, multi-channel B2B marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, orchestrating execution and optimizing marketing initiatives to build brand and service awareness, engage target audience, generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales conversions throughout the customer journey.
As a strong initiator and people manager, you will drive the team towards quality execution and achieving great outcomes. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing and empowering teams to realize their full potential, ultimately contributing to Glints' mission of connecting Southeast Asia talent with cross-border career opportunities.
In this role, you will:
● Build awareness and engagement amongst targeted employer audiences for Glints TalentHub - Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies and initiatives across various channels and formats, including but not limited to social media, blog, performance marketing, partnerships, and events. Set goals and milestones, create marketing plans and projections, prioritize activities, develop team member work plans and measure outcomes vs goals. Leverage owned and partners’ and customers’ network to deepen brand reach and market engagement.
â—Ź Acquire targeted number of inbound leads with high level of cost efficiency - Oversee and guide digital and performance marketing plans and campaigns to maximize ROI and drive lead acquisition in a cost-effective manner. Drive operational & campaign best practices & excellence across digital and performance marketing workstream. Utilize data and analytics to identify the most cost-effective user acquisition channels, continuously track, analyze and optimize marketing channels and tactics to improve lead acquisition costs. Monitor and control ad spend with guardrails, ensuring that it is aligned with the goals of acquiring the targeted number of users efficiently.
â—Ź Lead and manage inter-team collaborations anchored on driving positive business outcomes and customer experience - Drive cross-functional collaboration across various parts of the business, such as sales and business operations to align marketing efforts with the broader goals of the business. Act as a strong marketing business partner for the Commercial Director. Ensure timely and clarity in stakeholder communications. This includes but is not limited to coordinating product/feature launches, driving market expansion & campaigns and supporting deal closures through marketing channels and collaterals.
â—Ź Define, build and develop a high-performing marketing team to deliver on outcomes - Design, evaluate and enhance the marketing team's skills, structure, and capabilities to fill gaps and ensure alignment with the organization's goals. Develop a customer-centric, data-driven and high-accountability culture, focusing on customers, metrics and continuous improvement. Foster cross-functional collaboration, enabling seamless teamwork, and mutual accountability.

Who We Are Looking For
â—Ź At least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other communications fields
â—Ź At least 5 years of work experience and 2 years of people leadership experience, with a proven track record of business growth enablement through growth, marketing, product/tech or consulting and building high-performing teams
â—Ź Data-driven and analytical; able to evaluate opportunities through market research and data
â—Ź Results-oriented; is an independent, motivated self-starter and learner
â—Ź Effective problem-solver with business acumen; able to think outside the box to devise new ideas and effective solutions to drive business performance
â—Ź Highly adaptable to failures, setbacks and changes, is a keen and effective communicator and listener
â—Ź Strong collaborator; has the ability to lead and boost cross-functional and external collaboration for expected output
â—Ź Strong execution skills; not only to oversee initiative, but also get into the details & hands-on if needed

â—Ź Proficient in IEnglish languages (spoken and written)
