As a Marketing Manager, you will report to the Director and be fully involved in marketing and coordination of various events. This includes maintaining social media accounts, planning strategies, and executing marketing campaigns.
-Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
-Design, build and maintain a positive, and growing social media presence
-Analyse market trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance
-Monitor and report performance of all campaigns against set goals
-Work with design team for content creation
-Work with sales team to create short and long term marketing plans
-Manage and coordinate physical and virtual events
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience in events and/or marketing
-Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
-Creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
-Familiar with marketing tools including SEM / Google Analytics / Mailchimp / Zoho Mail
-Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
-Positive work attitude and able to work hands-on
