• Monitor and follow-up with Head Office on engine shipment documentations and engine delivery schedule to ensure prompt delivery according to contract requirements.
• Check and ensure no discrepancies in L/C payment contracts and present proper documentations to Bank for payment.
• Prepare monthly sales report, statistics and update project list.
• Assist to set up project's time-line for projects and work as a team with Technical, Parts and Service Department to complete the projects assigned.
• Coordinate with Sales, Application/Technical and Parts Department, Workshop and Technical Services on equipment delivery, product selection, purchasing and shipping schedules to meet project/order requests.
• Plan and forecast engines inventory and coordinate with other components/equipment suppliers to ensure they have sufficient stocks to meet sales forecast.
• Carry out any other work assigned by the Project Manager, including conferences and exhibitions.

Monitor, update and check sales order backlog against customer request delivery time & quantities

Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.

Data Management:

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Coordinate with the procurement or production team to meet customer demands.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication channels between various departments, ensuring seamless coordination.

Communicate changes in pricing, product availability, or promotions to the customers

Other Responsibilities:

- Be open to taking on ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the department head or supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2+ years' experience in sales related role and or customer service

Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving

Strong verbal and written communication skills

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Responsible for timely and accurate issuance of documents. Manage a team of juniors and raise any issue and proposal to superior.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure to issue accurate SO(Sales Order)/SRO(Sales Return Order)/SCM(Sales Credit Memo) based on PO and other supporting documents

· Ensure that the invoices are returned to the warehouse with proof of delivery.

· Ensure that the invoices are uploaded to the customers’ portal on timely basis for payment collection.

· Download debit notes from customers’ portal for issuance of credit notes.

· Check the supporting documents for issuing SRO/SCM. Follow up with Accounts/Sales for any selling price discrepancies.

· Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on order processing.

· Ensure that customer's enquiries and orders are answered.

· Follow up with Sales/Accounts on collection.

· Support of proper delivery arrangement

· Collaboration with Accounts and other related departments to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the process.

· Report the issue and proposal to Financial Controller

· Any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Qualification: Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent

· Experience : At least 3-5 years’ work experience in FMCG, or relevant experience

· Proficient in Navision or ERP accounting software is a plus.

· Able to commit 5.5 days work week.
