Job description
· Reach out to prospective clients to secure events
· Conceptualise and manage events using both traditional and new media channels
· Create and deliver dynamic marketing activities
· Work closely with internal and external parties to define event goals, specific implementation plans that promote company’s brand
· Manage client relationships from pre-event, during to post-event
· Project management of each event by conducting event follow up, debrief and analysis
· Work with team to develop brand, marketing labels and tools for events
· Source, recommend and engage vendors to execute quality events
· Generate and nurture new event leads and manage them within the CRM database
Requirements
· Bachelor of Marketing / Business / Communications / Design or similar specialisation
· 3-4 years event marketing experience, preferably in Hotel, F&B, Tourism or Attractions industry
· Good communication skills, including spoken, writing and proof reading skills
· Able to multi tasks, independent, hands on and a team player
