About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team. What you will be doing

• Reporting and Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and analytics to track performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes. Understand the customers’ needs in terms of reporting and align with IT teams to tailor the solution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, finance, IT and logistics teams to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting customer needs and achieving sales objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in strategic planning. Share market updates and news with the relevant customers.

Team Summary

To facilitate and provide administrative and operational support on theatrical marketing of Universal Pictures films releases in South Asia region.
