The Coke Zero Director will support the Coke Asean & South Pacific (ASP) Marketing Lead in developing a vision and growth strategy for our Light/Zero portfolio.

Responsible for developing and co-leading with Global and other Operating Units (OU) network new brand platforms.

• Work with counterparts across Global, OU and Bottler networks to help develop and execute cohesive brand/category strategy and efficient consumer/shopper end-to-end engagement plan
• Work with Human Insights to define category insights, consumer segmentation and shopper segmentation strategies by channel/occasion.
• Develop a point of view on the creative strategy and innovation strategy for Coke Zero.
• Support the Coca-Cola Trademark (CCTM) Lead in developing LRP and ABP CCTM vision and strategic direction, and creation of quarterly business reviews and reports

This role will not have formal direct reports but requires leadership skills to lead the Zero Sugar agenda in ASP and the ability to engage with a large network of colleagues across The Coca-Cola Company, especially the Frontline Marketing (FLM), Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX), Commercial, bottlers, and global leads.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Create ASP vision and strategic direction for the Zero Sugar acceleration.
• Drive exponential growth by stewarding the brand portfolio and leading iconic programs
• Scale programs across ASP, with local relevance.
• In partnership with FLM, optimize DME resource allocation, marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Orchestrate engaging campaigns/initiatives to grow revenues and weekly+ drinkers.
• Accountable for overall engagement of the Coke team and inspiration of the OU and bottlers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Significant marketing experience (8+ years) with direct experience with brand strategy work.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with and understanding of consumer, business analytics and human insights.
• General management (P&L) experience and business commercial acumen are needed.
• Ability to develop brand and category strategy, deep consumer understanding.
• Ability to communicate, influence, and work with many stakeholders
• Ability to work in agile project-based teams.
• Must be comfortable with change and complexity.
• Multi-Geography experience or multi-country experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and communicate innovative approaches to marketing strategy and build buy-in across key internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building, testing, and delivering lifecycle messages to enable marketing initiatives and objectives.
• Executing messaging optimization and adopting best practices.
• Running split and multivariate tests, ensuring test protocols minimize bias.
• Coordinating with market strategists in creating and managing marketing campaign processes to drive video content engagement from subscribers.
• Creating and managing project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinating work streams and dependencies, tracking and communicating progress, identifying obstacles, and ensuring they’re addressed.
• Monitoring messaging programs and campaigns and mitigating or flagging issues to partners.
• Trafficking messages utilizing targeting capabilities.
• Implementing and auditing all analytic encoding to enable messaging effectiveness.
• Driving messaging reporting and running ad hoc analysis when requested.

Basic Requirements:

• Degree in Technology, Marketing, or any related discipline.
• 4+ years in marketing executing CRM/Lifecycle channel optimization and insight.
• Must have working knowledge of SQL and template scripting (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid).
• Must have working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms, ideally certified in one main platform.
• Experience in email, push, SMS, in-app messaging channels and platforms.
• Understanding and administration of message experimentation best practices.
• Attention to detail, with an ability to identify issues and implement remedies.
• Proficiency in building HTML emails from asset files, making message template adjustments, and articulating more complex needs to developers.
• Analytic orientation and curiosity, using insights to drive your next course of action.
• Superior presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle simultaneous projects, exceptional problem-solving skills, and display composure under stress.
• Self-motivated, with a drive to exceed user expectations and enable partner marketing teams.
• Superior stakeholder partnership management via a consultative approach.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and of Jira/Confluence.
• Working knowledge of email and mobile channel best practices.
• Ability to be on-call when high-priority business needs necessitate.
• Experience supporting a regionally distributed stakeholder team.

Basic Salary $2,000 - $2400 per month + Attractive commissions
